About me
I’m Georg Hauer, a fintech entrepreneur and advisor with over a decade of leadership experience shaping the future of financial services. As a General Manager at N26, I helped scale one of Europe’s most successful digital banks. I later helped scale a leading bank compliance and infrastructure software company, gaining first hand insights into the technological and regulatory hurdles financial institutions face. My early career as a management consultant at BCG provided me with a strategic lens for tackling complex challenges.
Through my private venture and advisory firm, Hauer Fintech Advisory GmbH, I partner with banks, fintechs, and their investors to unlock growth opportunities in digital banking. Whether it’s driving digital transformation, designing next-generation banking products, building bank infrastructure, managing bank license application processes or evaluating fintech investments, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to every project.
Beyond strategy, I actively set up expert teams, streamline execution, and accelerate the process of building and scaling fintech solutions. From vision to implementation, I work hands-on to ensure ideas turn into impactful results.
Let’s shape the future of finance together.
